  • Do I have to do anything in person?

    Nope. We operate fully online! You can handle everything from selecting a package to sending your products without any in-person requirements.

  • How does it work?

    Choose the package you want based on your photography needs.

  • How long does the process take?

    The process takes roughly 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your products and completed questionnaire.

  • Can you take white background photos?

    Absolutely. For white background images, choose white background images on our packages page.

  • Can I choose how my products are photographed?

    Yes, you can choose group photos, individual photos, or a mix of both. Specify your preferences in the questionnaire we send via email after you place your order.

  • Do you photograph my type of product?

    We photograph jewelry, cosmetics, perfumes, and most other small items.

    We do not currently photograph items larger than a women's handbag.

  • What kind of backgrounds can I choose?

    You can choose from stylized backgrounds, white backgrounds, or solid/gradient style backgrounds. The options available for each package are in the package description.

  • What can I use my pictures for?

    The images you purchase are great for social media, Etsy, Amazon, website listings, magazine features, or other uses.

  • What file formats do you provide?

    We offer PNG by default, but JPEG's are available instead if requested in your package questionnaire.

  • What happens to my products after the photoshoot?

    You can choose to have them returned (you pay for shipping), disposed of, or held for 90 days at no cost for future orders. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping or storage.

  • Where are you located?

    We are located in the United States, (South Florida to be specific,) and operate fully online.

  • What photo orientation do you shoot?

    You can choose between portrait, landscape, square, or let us decide (photographer's choice). You can specify in the questionnaire we send after you place your order.

  • Can I just order one image?

    No, our minimum package size is 10 images. This allows us to provide the best value to you, and maintain quality for your product photography needs. Please check out our package page for more details. If you need more than 10 images, feel free to order as many packages as you would like!

  • Do you offer photo packages for selling a product on Amazon?

    Yes, we do! Amazon typically allows up to 9 images per product listing, so choosing one 10 image pack for each item you want photographed will give you the chance to maximize your brand’s exposure (and squeeze in some extra images for social media).

  • What if I need to follow up on my order?
